Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)

System Development Life Cycle is a systematic approach for application development or system development. SDLC is the process of building the system that result in a high quality, cost-effective, within time and efficient application that is cheap to maintain, easy to enhance and that can work effectively.  It is divided in several phases and each phase comprised of multiple steps, and they are as follows:

• Initiation
  In the initial stage, our Project Support Team meets with the clients to understand their needs and the nature of their business. Then the team brings this data to our development group who prepare a Development Plan. This plan outlines the scope of the project, the employee hours needed, and the overall cost of the project. Once we have estimated the time and expense of the project, we present a proposal to the client.
• Analysis
  Once the proposal is accepted, Analysts start working to detail the client business procedures while the Project Management team starts gathering information and materials from the client including logos, photos, news clippings, company and employee information, products and services descriptions, etc. Once these have been assembled and checked for usability, they are passed on to the Design and Development Team.
• Design & Development
  At this stage, the Design Team creates a User interface and lays out the entire site. They work closely with the Development Team to assure the quality of the design is being maintained. Programming and hard coding take place at this stage.
• Testing
  Once the site is completed, the Testing Phase begins. This is one of the most important stages in the project. The Testing Team follows rigorous methodologies to ensure consistency, usability, graphical user interface and load handling capability. If there are any flaws in the project, they are documented and sent back to the Development Team for correction.
• Deployment
  After all the corrections are completed, the site is launched and the client is provided with end-user training. We also provide Web promotion and marketing services for the finished product. Our Business Development Team works closely with the client to achieve a rapid return on their investment. We are also available 24/7 for any questions that may arise.
