Google Labs - Gaudi Speech Search for YouTube Videos

Google has announced a new revolutionary technology for YouTube videos. Google Labs recently added a latest technology called Gaudi which known as “Google Audio Indexing”. Intension at Google Labs for developing Gaudi is to allow users to better search and watch videos from various YouTube channels.

Speech Technology has been used in Gaudi which finds spoken words inside YouTube videos. It points the user jump to the exact portion of the video file where these words are spoken in the whole speech. It generates break points where particular search word used in videos. Google Audio Indexing (Gaudi) uses speech technology that transforms spoken words into text and leverage the Gaudi technology to return to the user. Here is an interesting part where spoken videos are ranked based upon the spoken content, the metadata, the freshness. The metadata here plays major role so videos should be optimized with Meta.
Through Gaudi (Google Audio Indexing) technology how users will be benefited? It allows users to see and listen what exactly they want by skipping unwanted speech of the videos or person.
